Description We are seeking a Locum Tenens Adult Psychiatrist to provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services in Queens Village, NY. This assignment is for an Adult Psychiatry position within an inpatient setting.

Job Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting
Evaluate and manage adult psychiatric patients
Provide ongoing inpatient psychiatric treatment as required
Participate as part of the psychiatric treatment team
Complete necessary clinical documentation and patient care responsibilities
Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
Board Certification must be through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
Board-Eligible candidates generally do not meet contract requirements
Must be actively enrolled in both: New York State Medicaid
Medicare
Medicaid and Medicare enrollment must remain current throughout the assignment
Working Hours Full-time
40 hours per week
Monday Friday
8:00 AM 4:30 PM
No weekend coverage required
