Coverage: Full-time

End Date: Ongoing
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted license
Must be Board Eligible at minimum
IMLC Bids accepted
Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
Must be able to treat ages 12 and up
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days
EMR: Epic
