Make a meaningful difference in your community as a PSR Paraprofessional with Universal Mental Health in Asheville. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate professional to support our Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program and help individuals build daily living, social, and community functioning skills in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive Wages
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to individuals participating in the Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program
Assist participants with developing daily living, socialization, coping, and community functioning skills
Support a structured, person-centered environment that promotes recovery and independence
Document services and participant progress accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding participant needs and program activities
Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful interactions with participants and families
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
