Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Chronic Pain & Behavioral Medicine
Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote after initial training period of up to 90 days.
A leading behavioral medicine and chronic pain management practice in Berkeley is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its collaborative, patient-focused team. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, compassionate care for patients with chronic pain and behavioral health needs.
About the Role
As part of a multidisciplinary care team , you will:
Conduct psychological assessments for chronic pain and outpatient programs
Provide individual and group therapy focused on wellness, resilience, and pain coping strategies
Deliver behavioral interventions using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, DBT, biofeedback
Facilitate group sessions on stress management, wellness, and pain education
Prepare clinical documentation, treatment plans, and reports
Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Enjoy meaningful in-person care with telehealth flexibility
Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
Experience in chronic pain, behavioral medicine, or health psychology preferred
Skilled in evidence‑based therapies : CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, biofeedback
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Spanish bilingual a plus, not required
$110,000 – $170,000 DOE
