Job description
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services
Ohel is seeking creative, compassionate, and dependable professionals to provide one-on-one Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to children with behavioral and mental health needs. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician, you will work individually with children in their homes and communities, providing hands-on, strength-based support that promotes growth, confidence, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide skill-building services focused on emotional regulation, communication, social skills, organization, time management, and problem-solving
Implement interventions outlined in each child's personalized treatment plan
Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage success and resilience
Complete timely and accurate session documentation
Participate in regular supervision and collaborate with an experienced treatment team
Requirements:
High School diploma plus two years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs or Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Services or a related field
Creative, energetic, and able to engage children through meaningful activities
Organized, reliable, and professional
Strong communicator with excellent English language skills
These are part time positions, with after school and weekend hours available. Locations include Brooklyn, Queens and Far Rockaway.
Salary:
$25.00 per hour
