Box Office AssistantLegends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Box Office Assistant for the Albuquerque Convention Center, including Kiva Auditorium, and Civic Plaza. The Box Office Assistant will interact continuously with clients, promoters, ushers, and ticket takers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSell tickets for events at the Kiva Auditorium Box Office and other assigned locations using Ticketmaster ticketing platform.Handout reservations night of showAssist ticket takers and ushers as neededAssist Box Office Manager as neededDemonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to accessible seating requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistancePerform other duties as assigned.Skills and AbilitiesA positive, people-friendly approachTicketmaster experience preferred.Patience when dealing with patrons and colleagues.A willingness to helpBilingual preferred but not requiredReliableWork effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills requiredOther QualificationsRequires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply.
