Job Title
FOR ATI - CLN will be required to complete some documentations directly with ATI outside of AMNs clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start their assignment
FOR ATI - can START with compact but MUST get PERM right away. FOR SC _ MUST have PERM license. NO COMPACT
For ALL SUPPLIER SUBMISSIONS QUESTIONS, contact DAWN ALLIGOOD- ************* • If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, they should be redirected immediately as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
• If a candidate has previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission, please send the candidate? name and DOB to Katrina so that she can advise if they are eligible for rehire

Bill Rate: #/hr + #,500 completion bonus through Oct 15th to qualify for the bonus Bonus will not apply if the start date is delayed due to credentialing or licensing Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking Please ensure start dates align with license status at submission, and include license status in the submission
