PT CNA – Evening ShiftSalary: $14/hr – negotiable based on experience. If you're looking for a different perspective on enhancing the lives of seniors with a person-centered approach to care and supporting company progress across multiple departments come join us today!You will enjoy:A free meal for every shift workedNow Offering Daily Pay!Generous PTO plan that accrues faster the longer you're employedSix paid holidaysHoliday BonusesEducation Reimbursement ProgramYour personal and professional growth is important to us, so we provide continual professional training and career advancement opportunities.You will enjoy being part of a great team in a fun, engaging work environment!Who you are:Passionate about serving Seniors.Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as a cohesive team member.Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.Self-motivated with ability to balance resident care in a person-centered approach.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Safety focus to ensure safe environment for residents and guests.Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required.Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).Experience in Senior Living preferred.Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand/walk for up to 100% of the work day.Ability to assist in bathing and dressing of residents with disabilities.Must be able to access and navigate full campus.Ability to independently push a wheelchair with a resident weighing up to 200 pounds.Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 30 pounds.General Summary:The PT Certified Nurse Aide is responsible for providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents when there is a need and following each resident's personal plan of care; assists residents so that current living conditions can be maintained for as long as is safe and appropriate; promotes independence with daily activities while giving assistance to each resident.Essential Job Duties:Keeps Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.Assists with meal service including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, dining room cleaning, etc.Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.Adheres to Hospitality Promises: We greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and with a smile.We treat everyone with courteous respect.We strive to anticipate resident, employee and guest needs and act accordingly.We listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner.We hold ourselves and one another accountable.We embrace and value our differences.We make residents, employees and guests feel important.We ask "Is there anything else I can do for you?"We maintain high levels of professionalism, both in conduct and appearance, at all times.We pay attention to details.
