In our stores, a positive attitude, teamwork and a passion for great service turn every shopping trip into an experience our customers won't forget.Position Summary: The Courtesy Clerk provides friendly, helpful service by assisting customers with bagging groceries, carrying purchases to vehicles, collecting carts, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This role supports front-end operations by ensuring checkout areas are stocked with bags and supplies, promptly addressing spills or safety concerns, and delivering excellent customer service. As a key part of the customer experience, Courtesy Clerk helps create a welcoming shopping environment while supporting overall store efficiency.What You Will Do• Assist customers by bagging groceries, carrying purchases to vehicles, and providing friendly, helpful service.• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by collecting carts, restocking front-end supplies, and promptly addressing spills or hazards.• Support front-end operations to ensure an efficient, welcoming checkout experience.What You Will Bring• Experience in customer service, retail, or food service• Commitment to providing excellent customer service• Attention to detail• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed$13.40/hourly
