At Independence Rehab , we specialize in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care). Our approach is built on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and empowering therapists to lead the way.
nWe're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team at Bethany at Silver Lake and Everett Transitional Care Services . You will split time between these wonderful skilled nursing facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

n nIn This Role, You Will:
nnnPerform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
n
nnDesign and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
n
nnCollaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
n
nnSupervise at least one PTA , offering guidance, support, and mentorship
n
n nWe're Looking For:
nnnA licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington
n
nnA clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
n
nnSomeone who is organized, self-directed , and thrives in a collaborative setting
n
nnPrior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
n
