Job description
Join University Home Care Inc as a PT Experienced Homecare provider, delivering compassionate and skilled care to clients in their homes in Southeast MI Region. Must have Kinnser Experience! This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized homecare services to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.
Assist clients with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Ensure client safety and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Requirements
Proven experience as a homecare provider or similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid certifications and licenses as required by state regulations.
Reliable transportation to client homes in Southeast MI Region
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
