Part-Time Key CarrierThe Waterfront Rescue Mission, recognized in 2025 as one of the Best Christian Workplaces in the country, is hiring a positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented Part-Time Key Carrier. Under the direction of the Thrift Store Manager, the Key Carrier supports store management in achieving efficiency in store operations, merchandising, training, and various other assigned areas of responsibility within a Thrift Store. This is a part time position working up to 29 hours per week. Primary duties include but, are not limited to, supervision and accountability of employees, volunteers and clients. Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned. Store hours are 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.Responsibilities:Assist with financial performance to goalAssist with studying KPI performance dailyAssist in managing a high performance team that will complement the growth of the storeAssist in managing controllable expensesEnsure customer service expectations are followed at all timesEnsure a well recovered, clean, and organized storeQualifications:Christian Commitment: Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty and character.Education/Experience: High School degree/GED or 2 or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have a valid state driver's license and be insurable by the Waterfront Rescue Mission insurance carrier.Must have reliable transportation.
