This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview Part-time, 1-2 days per week
No nights or weekends
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $38 to $45 per hour with no cap on productivity income
Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications Active, unrestricted Maryland license as LCPC or LMFT
LCSW not considered at this time
Eligible for independent practice and billing
