About the Opportunity
Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician IV to support one of our apartment communities in Andalusia, AL 36421
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day.
What You’ll Do
Performadvanced maintenance and repairs includingHVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
HVAC systems installation and repairs: including compressors, condensers and air handlers
Troubleshoot and repairappliances and building systems
Completeservice requests in a timely and professional manner
Follow allOSHA and safety regulations
Provide strongcustomer service when interacting with community members
Work bothindependently and as part of a team
Participate inon-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Assist withpreventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed
Train for advancement to a Maintenance V (Supervisor) position
What We’re Looking For
5+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
Strong knowledge ofHVAC systems installation and repairs
EPA & HVAC certification required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills
Strongelectrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Comfortable responding to after-hours service calls
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
