PT Manufacturing Associate; 2nd ShiftUrbana, IAWe are seeking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Part-Time Manufacturing Associates. This role blends hands-on cutting, winding, sewing and packaging responsibilities. Our success is rooted in getting our customers what they want, when they need it, while upholding our values and Brand Promise.Available Schedules:PT: Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm-9:00 pmCompensation:Starting at $17.00/hourPart-Time Benefits:Volunteer Time Off401(k) MatchESOP after one year of service and minimum hour requirements are metHow to Succeed in This Role:We produce a wide range of products, attention to detail and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive, dynamic environment are critical.Embody Clickstop's Core Values and Code while holding yourself and your peers accountable for quality results.Demonstrate solid attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks and working toward daily output targets.Uphold quality and safety standards while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.Primary Areas of Focus:Tie Down ManufacturingRead and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy.Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality.Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods.Tie Down PackingProperly document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt.Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting.Utilize NetSuite and ShipHawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory.Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.Physical Requirements:Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines.Sit or stand for the majority of the shift.Frequently bend, reach, twist, kneel, and squat.Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment.Equipment:Ability to learn and operate industrial sewing machines, cutters, and winders.Why Clickstop?We believe work should be a purpose-driven experience.
