Job Description
Physical Therapist
Schedule
Day shift; 40-hour work week.
Assignment Details
13-26 week commitment with a start date of 11/30. Completion bonus available: $2,500 for 13-20 weeks and $5,000 for 26 weeks.
Requirements
Active license required.
Minimum experience: less than 1 year.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients.
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Document patient care activities and treatment progress.
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation procedures.
