Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. The position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to patient outcomes, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
Implement and adjust treatment programs based on patient progress and feedback.
Educate patients and their families regarding therapies and overall health management.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide integrated care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications Minimum of zero years of experience required.
Active physical therapy license.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
Compact License accepted for Washington and Alaska.
Shift Information
Day shift available. Holiday coverage may be required.
Additional Information
Successful candidates will need to complete documentation as part of the onboarding process. Parking and dress code details will be provided on the first day of employment.
