Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Description
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to best practices in physical therapy.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and functionality.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and strategies.
Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications Active physical therapy license.
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required.
Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule, primarily during daytime hours, with assigned shifts as necessary.
Additional Information Completion bonuses are available based on contract length.
Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day of employment.
Note
Candidates who have worked in a similar capacity within the last year are not eligible for rehire until after a one-year separation period.
