nJob Summary
nThis position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
nResponsibilities:
nnnDevelops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
n
nnFacilitates training with new and current employees.
n
nnResponsible to ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
n
nnManages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
n
nnEstablishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.
n
nnImplements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
n
nnEnsures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and pro-active coaching to support their continued development.
n
nnEnsures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
n
n nQualifications:
nnnBachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
n
nnAbility to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
n
nnAvailability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
n
nnStrong oral and written communication skills
n
nnWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office
n
nnAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
nnManagement experience - Preferred
n

nBasic Qualifications:

nPay Range:
nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
