Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient position, starting on November 16. This role will involve treating patients at two locations, Aurora and Highlands Ranch. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services while adhering to safety guidelines and organizational values.
Responsibilities
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs and goals.
Conduct 60-minute evaluations followed by 30-minute follow-up sessions for continued patient care.
Ensure proper documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with established guidelines.
Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Participate in student programs and foster a positive learning environment.
Engage in professional development and continuing education to enhance your skills and competencies.
Maintain professional licensure and adhere to the ethical standards of practice.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of therapy services.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 6 months outpatient clinical experience.
Current CPR certification.
Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
