Job description
Job Title
Profiles are sent directly to the unit for consideration. Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID - no middle initial or middle name. Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination
May be asked to precept, as needed by the unit

Number of patients treated per day: 7 treatment hours
Combination of IP/OP (80% IP with 20% OP) depending on census or preference
General Certification Requirements: BLS
Other Certs Required for all PT: Texas and national license
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: SNF- General, wounds, ortho, neuro, Debility Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient
Critical Access: Op all dx, IP: Acute/Obs/Skilled/woundcare/Vacs- All dx
What areas are they required to cover? IP/OP
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Wound care experience is preferred but not required.
