Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity

Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist) Location: Charleston, WV Setting: Hospital Pay Range: - Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: BLS and Physical Therapist License OR Physical Therapist Temporary License through West Virginia Board of Physical Therapists OR Physical Therapist Compact License
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients across all floors of the hospital, including acute care and skilled nursing units.
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Document patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as necessary.
Support hospital staff in maintaining compliance with safety and certification standards.
