As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating tailored treatment plans designed to meet their specific needs. In terms of education, we require a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program. State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory, while CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications in areas such as neurological or geriatric therapy are advantageous but not essential. While previous experience is strongly preferred, the ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to manage complex medical and mobility issues with ease. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is a comfort with digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
