Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location
East Chicago, Indiana
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with weekend hours required once per month.
Job Description
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Enjoy the benefits of working in a vibrant area with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and cultural experiences nearby.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in an inpatient rehab unit.
Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation with an adult patient population is preferred.
Flexible personality with strong communication skills is essential.
