No two days are identical — and every patient reflects a unique story. As you walk alongside them in their recovery, you'll play a pivotal role in every phase, whether it's aiding a patient in regaining balance after surgery or mentoring someone through the arduous journey of post-stroke rehabilitation.

This is high-impact work, where clinical expertise blends seamlessly with heartfelt compassion. You will assess needs, initiate targeted treatment plans, and continuously adapt your approach as patients progress towards their goals. As a vital part of a collaborative care team, your input will shape discharge planning and ensure safe transitions home.

Precision and presence are essential in this role — and so are the incredible rewards. The difference you make here can be profound and life-altering for those you treat.
