Job description

Physical Therapist - Inpatient / Outpatient

Imagine a role where every day, you are the catalyst for recovery. As a Physical Therapist, your expertise can help patients take back their autonomy, whether it's after a major surgery, a stroke, or an illness that has impeded their quality of life. In this position, you will not just facilitate healing — you will rekindle hope, strength, and dignity at vital moments in a patient's journey. And you'll be doing this work in Phoenix, a city that offers a blend of professional opportunity and lifestyle vibrancy.

We invite you to be a part of our dedicated Physical Therapy team in Phoenix, where your clinical skills can meet a community that thrives on enthusiasm and warmth. Your efforts will be magnified here, in a region renowned for its therapeutic approaches and a supportive atmosphere, making a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Conduct assessments in both inpatient and outpatient environments to establish tailored treatment plans. Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, stability, and overall function. Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient care. Educate patients and their families about recovery goals, discharge plans, and exercises to do at home. Record evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, ensuring compliance with facility standards. Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to facilitate seamless patient care.

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Valid state license as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification preferred. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric, neurological) are advantageous but not mandatory. Experience in similar settings is highly desirable. Ability to manage a diverse range of medical and rehabilitation challenges. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Comfort with electronic medical records and clinical documentation processes.

Competitive salary structure. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. Funding for continuing education and licensure renewal. Generous paid time off and flexible working schedules. A nurturing team environment with growth opportunities in clinical practice.

Every day in this role brings a fresh experience and the chance to make a genuine difference. You'll be the trusted partner in the early steps of a patient's healing journey, whether that's aiding them in reacquiring balance after surgery or supporting them through the challenging road of post-stroke recovery.

While your profession may operate within hospital walls, your life in Phoenix expands well beyond those confines. This vibrant city is set against the stunning backdrop of the Sonoran Desert, where red mountains meet endless blue skies, creating an inspiring environment that energizes your personal and professional growth.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who embodies clinical expertise and emotional intelligence, thriving in a collaborative, dynamic environment. If you are passionate about evidence-driven care and fostering meaningful relationships with your patients, no matter your level of experience, we want to hear from you.

This is not just a job; it's a mission. In this Physical Therapist position in Phoenix, you will be surrounded by driven professionals in a culture that promotes growth and collaboration. Here, you have the opportunity to elevate your career, broaden your clinical skills, and experience the joyful satisfaction of making a real difference.
