Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients across various settings, crafting personalized treatment plans that resonate with their unique needs

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Preferred: CPR certification

Previous hands-on experience is strongly preferred
