Physical Therapist - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Location
Seattle, WA
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. The role involves providing therapy interventions, administering treatments, and working collaboratively in a patient-centered care environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapeutic interventions to aid recovery and improve patients' quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment.
Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Washington (Compact license accepted).
BCLS certification required.
