Civita Care Center at Milford is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluations and individualized treatment plans for residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Qualifications:
Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required
Excellent clinical and documentation skills
Skilled nursing experience preferred
