ReceptionistEmployment type: Part TimeSeeking a friendly, outgoing and professional person Support for all departments Professionally dressed and business casual Hours needed - 3pm - 7pm Weekdays and 10am - 6pm Saturdays Sundays and 1 weekday offMust possess:Strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask while managing interruptionsAbility to operate a multi-line phoneExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer knowledge and typing skillsBasic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel helpfulDependable transportation and punctuality is a requirementPrior history in customer service is essential, will train the right person regarding specific duties.
