Job description
Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Newport Health Center Rehab Clinic in New Hampshire. This is a travel assignment opportunity, and candidates with previous travel experience are preferred.
COVID Vaccination Requirement: COVID vaccination is mandatory for this facility. Exemptions are allowed, and forms can be provided upon request.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure through the Compact License program.
BLS (AHA) certification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
Previous travel experience in healthcare is preferred.
