Job description
Cole Haan in Miami seeks a Sales Lead/Sales Associate to support in-store activities, drive sales, and help maintain a profitable, customer-focused environment. You will assist with expenses, coach teammates, and uphold company policies while building a healthy team culture.
This role requires at least 2 years in retail (footwear preferred), flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Equal opportunity employer.
