What You'll Do:
Sales & Customer Experience
Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion.
Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy, while embracing change and new opportunities.
Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience-delivering compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and confidently closing sales.
Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
