As a Sales Assistant, you are a brand representative who has the ability to support the sales team & deliver lasting client relationships. You will work in an inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for individual development.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Replenish merchandise on the sales floorPerform stock checks for customers and in support of Sales AssociatesAssist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasksProcess POS transactions accurately and efficientlyComply with all sales related policies and proceduresMaintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiencyGreet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly mannerDetermine customer's needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associateAssist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as neededWE'D LOVE TO SEE:2+ years of luxury retail experienceMust be available Fridays, Saturdays, and SundaysPrior experience using POS systemA self-starter with the ability to drive resultsCurious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professionalCustomer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagementThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
