PRN Physical Therapist AssistantWe're hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care across the Fredericksburg region. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PTA work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for PTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.What You'll Do:Pick up visits based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your wayProvide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising PT, following the established plan of careDeliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balanceEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safetyCommunicate patient progress to the supervising PTDocument in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSkyWhat We're Looking For:Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Virginia (or eligible)1+ year of clinical experienceHome health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your ownWellSky experience is a plus but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer:Competitive per-visit compensationMileage reimbursementCompany-issued tablet for documentationFlexible PRN schedule — no minimum hours, no weekends, no on-callW-2 status, not 1099 — taxes handled, workers' comp includedService Areas:Based out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities — Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Culpeper, Warrenton, and Orange.
