Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in their homes, delivering therapy per the treatment plan and working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and help patients regain mobility and independence with assistive devices, while adhering to state guidelines and physician orders. This role requires travel to patient homes and a valid PTA license.
