Job description
Job Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Houston and/or surrounding areas! As an Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be providing therapy and support for our patients in their homes. You will be following plans of care previously laid out, assisting your patients with using adaptive devices, and maintaining all therapy spaces and equipment.
nResponsibilities
nRead, understand, and follow all plans of care and therapy laid out for patients under your care
nAssist patients with using adaptive equipment, modified exercises, and learning basic life skills
nTimely completion of progress notes
nCommunicate with the Physical Therapist as needed
nQualifications
nCurrent state licensing for physical therapy assistant required
nPrevious experience working in home health desired
nFamiliarity with Kinnser is helpful
nCPR certified
nProfessional Liability Insurance
nCurrent Drivers License
nAuto Insurance
