Job description
Physical Therapist AssistantUnder the direction and supervision of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. They record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist.ResponsibilitiesConduct therapeutic interventions as directed by physical therapists.Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment.Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical well-being.Implement treatment plans set forth by physical therapists.Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant - REQUIREDValid Texas or Compact License - REQUIREDScheduleThis position offers an 8-hour day shift, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with no on-call or weekend requirements.Assignment DurationThis is a long-term contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
