Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Join our team at a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility where strength, healing, and resilience come together. As a valued member of our therapy team, you will work alongside compassionate and skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding patient outcomes.Position Summary: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assists in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA works collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals and promote recovery.Key Responsibilities:Implement treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist.Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance.Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Physical Therapist.Accurately document treatment sessions and patient responses.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and home programs.Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.If you are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we invite you to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in Laurinburg, NC.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current North Carolina PTA license or eligibility for licensure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
