Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing FacilityNow Staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and Surrounding Areas.Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.Flagstar Rehab offers the opportunity for Direct Employment with our agency OR to Be Your Own Boss as an Independent Contractor.We can assist you with setting up a corporation free-of-charge. Ask us how!Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099)Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties:Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.Physical Therapy Assistants employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive:Fully Paid Orientation.Paid Sick Leave.Voluntary Medical and Supplementary Insurance OptionsCommuter Benefits – earn pre-tax dollars!Get Paid Weekly!
