For those pursuing independent contracting, we also provide guidance and LLC support.At Flagstar Rehab, you can expect a smooth experience from start to finish, clear communication, quick placement, and a team that's always accessible when you need support.Hourly Compensation:W2: $34–$ : $38–$40Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:Current NYS PTA License and RegistrationValid BLS CertificationEMR CompetenceMeets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing FacilityMalpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.Monitor and document patient progressPhysical Therapy Assistant Schedule and Benefits:Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days, Evenings, and Coverage Shifts AvailableFully Paid OrientationPaid Sick LeaveVoluntary Medical and Supplementary Insurance OptionsCommuter Benefits – earn pre-tax dollars!Get Paid Weekly!
