nIndependence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Park Forest Care Center. At present, we need 5-10 hours of patient care per week.
nIn skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact. Our goal is to help each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence so they can safely transition to the next level of care.

nWhat You'll Do
nAs a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including:
n• Gait and mobility retraining
• Transfer training across all levels of assistance
• Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention
• Supporting patients with medically complex conditions
• Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression
• Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery

nThere is no required minimum number of hours , and additional PRN opportunities may be available at nearby locations if you'd like more consistency.
nRequirements
n• Active Colorado PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
• SNF experience preferred (one year ideal), but not required
