Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - PRN
Autumn Lake at Windsor | Windsor, CT
$33-$36/hour | PRN
Stern Therapy Consultants is looking for a PRN PTA at Autumn Lake at Windsor. You'll step in when the rehab team needs coverage and help residents keep working toward their mobility goals through consistent, hands-on treatment.
What You'll Do
Provide therapy under treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
Practice walking, transfers, and therapeutic exercises with residents
Watch for fatigue, pain, or changes in performance and update the PT
Coordinate session timing with the care team around residents' daily needs
Document treatment and each resident's response

Qualifications Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
Attentive communication and accurate documentation skills
Skilled nursing experience is a plus
