Position Type: Travel
Contract Length: Less than 8 weeks
Pay: $1366 - $1646 | Shift: Days, 36 hours-AM shift, with a weekend day, either Tu-Sat or Su-Thur

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient mobility and function
Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Skilled Nursing experience preferred
