Physical Therapy Assistant
FOR ATI - CLN will be required to complete some documentations directly with ATI outside of AMNs clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start their assignment WA and AK are allowed to work on a Compact License For ALL SUPPLIER SUBMISSIONS QUESTIONS, contact DAWN ALLIGOOD- If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, they should be redirected immediately as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission, please send the candidate name and DOB to Katrina so that she can advise if they are eligible for rehire 32 gww for holiday weeks Start Date: 11/9 Bill Rate: PTA: $65/hr Any booking dates 13 -26-week commitment We are now offering a completion bonus for new contractors that sign through the end of September: $2500 for 13 - 20 weeks $5000 for 26 weeks Modality: Credentialing req: contract QA Requirements: experience in setting License: active Equipment: provided during interview Shift/Hours: days Bill GWW: 40 Pay GWW: yes OT Bill: 1.5 On Call: n/a Billing Cycle: weekly Notice: 30 Parking: will be provided during 1st day info Dress Code: will be provided during 1st day info
