Physical Therapy Assistant
MODALITY: PTA TYPE OF JOB ORDER: MSP CREDENTIALING REQ: Wed prior, must be minimum of 2 current references to submit. 2 Ref in Spec within the last 2 years– 2 Prof. Refs, 1 from mgt level- EMPV can be 2nd source. EMPV alone does not satisfy this requirement. MODALITY: PT REQUIREMENTS — Must have Va license or compact — Population: Adult General ortho & neuro, — Expected to see in a day: 12 — Type of cases seen: General OP ortho and neuro population — Must have at least 2 year experience WEEKS: 13 weeks SHIFT: 8 hour days, 40 hours a week ON-CALL: no LICENSE: VA PARKING: free parking DRESS CODE: Business professional
