Job description
FT Public Area (PM) HousekeeperAre you ready to begin your journey with Concord; a company who believes in and who supports career advancement opportunities for its associates? If so, we may have the perfect position for you! Concord Hospitality is hiring FT Public area (PM) Housekeeper. Responsibilities include cleaning all hotel lobby areas to include but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, taking out the trash, etc. Clean all public restrooms to include but not limited to clean sinks and toilets, sweep and mop floor, replenish supplies, take out the trash, etc. Completing nightly turndown services for assigned guests. Clean exercise room to include but not limited to cleaning all mirrors, wiping down equipment, taking out trash, running vacuum cleaner, clean glass doors, etc. Assist with cleaning guest rooms and laundry. Complete general cleaning of administrative offices and Front Office areas to include but not limited to removing all trash, vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping non carpeted areas, etc. Complete general cleaning of Associate break room to include but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, taking out the trash, etc. Deliver various items to guests including but not limited to towels, bedding, cribs, toiletry items, etc. Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures. Accommodate guest special requests courteously. Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and services. Carry out any reasonable request by Management that is able to be performed.
