Job description
Skyward Construction LLC in Ridgefield, WA is seeking an estimator with a proven track record in public and federal projects to lead takeoffs, pricing, and bid assembly from $500K to $15M. You will work on hard-bid and best-value solicitations, and prepare technical proposals for federal procurements.
The role requires delivering defensible estimates, managing prevailing wage and compliance, coordinating with GCs, owners, and government reps, and traveling for bid walks and site visits.
