Job description
Vernon Free Library in Vernon, Vermont seeks a Library Director to oversee daily operations, lead strategic planning, and manage staff and volunteers. You will work with the Board of Library Trustees and town officials to ensure exceptional library services and community engagement.
The role requires a Master’s in Library Science, at least 5 years in a public library setting, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. Evening/weekend hours and grant seeking are expected.
