Job description
Scale's public sector delivery team is seeking an Engagement Manager (Homeland Layered Defense) to own relationships with senior government leaders and operators, translate mission problems into AI and agentic workflows, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes.
You will plan onsite engagements, demonstrations, and testing events, drive adoption in operational environments, and partner with engineering to turn feedback into product requirements.
